We’re always pleased when someone tells us we’re doing a great job — so we’re proud to announce the receipt of the 2012 Carlisle Excellence in Single-Ply (ESP) roofing award.
Carlisle SynTec Systems manufactures a variety of roofing solutions, including EPDM, TPO and PVC. Each year, the company recognizes fewer than 5% of the nation’s top roofing companies. In order to qualify for the prestigious ESP award, roofing companies must demonstrate an impeccable installation and customer service record.
Nick Shears, Carlisle’s Vice President of Sales and Marketing, informed us that North American Roofing has earned “Perfect 10” scores on the successful installation of 225 major roofing projects. That’s over 33 million square feet of Carlisle single-ply roofing!
Shears said, “It is obvious that your company is committed to installing Carlisle’s roof systems with the utmost care. It is this unyielding dedication to quality, coupled with the sheer volume of your installations, that has allowed North American Roofing to receive the ESP distinction.”

This coveted recognition, reserved for a hand-picked group of roofing applicators that demonstrate the highest level of integrity and workmanship in the installation of Sika Sarnafil roofing materials, is evidence of our unwavering commitment to our clients.
Brian J. Whelen, Senior Vice President of Sika Sarnafil, offered his congratulations and noted that North American Roofing is part of a “select group of roofing applicators recognized as the best in the business.”
Criteria for inclusion in the Partners Club Program is strict, and Sika Sarnafil rates each company on a number of technical factors, including quality installation, warranty callbacks and the degree of business support.

We did it again! Our dedication to customer service and quality installation netted us two of GAF’s Master Select Awards, the “Installation Excellence” award and the “System Protection Excellence” award.
Meeting GAF’s standards isn’t an easy task. Less than 2% of all roofing companies in the United States meet the stringent criteria. GAF is the largest manufacturer of roofing materials in the nation, producing single-ply, built-up roofing, modified bitumen roofing, insulation and other specialty roofing materials.
Jim Slauson, GAF’s VP of Certified Contractor Programs, heaped on the praise, “This achievement proves that you (North American Roofing) are truly ‘the best of the best’ and that you are committed to quality, service and training.”
Each award signifies the highest-level of achievement in its class. The “Installation Excellence” award recognizes superiority in roof installation practices. Our crews are highly trained craftsmen who take pride in every project. GAF reports that North American Roofing sailed through 2011 with no incident reports or customer complaints, which puts us at the top of GAF’s short list of high-quality roofing companies. We don’t often toot our own horn, but a record this clean we just can’t keep quiet.
GAF’s second award, the “System Protection Excellence” award, recognizes North American Roofing’s commitment to helping customers fully understand their roofing options so they can make the roofing choices that are best for them. Our customers receive detailed existing condition reports, comprehensive proposals and roof-type comparisons, and thorough evaluations and explanations of the short-term vs. long-term benefits of different roof systems. No customer questions go unanswered. Because our biggest goal at North American Roofing is making happy roofing customers, winning this award means the world to us. We take our duty to our customers seriously.

We’re excited to announce that once again, we’ve received Firestone’s Master Contractor award in 2012 for outstanding quality performance and commitment to the installation of Firestone Red Shield warranted roofing systems.
North American Roofing has a long history with Firestone, playing a big role in their decision to enter the roofing industry over 30 years ago. Since it’s inception, the Firestone Master Contractor program has recognized outstanding contractors who have been responsible for the installation of billions of square feet of warranted Firestone Roofing Systems.

North American Roofing was recently awarded with the 2011 John Mansville Pinnacle Council Award. North American is one of only 21 roofing contractors nationwide to be named to the Johns Manville Roofing Systems Group Pinnacle Council. This group of elite contractors has met JM’s highest standards for quality roof installation and long-term roofing system performance.
