National Sales Representative –North American Roofing Systems

About us:
North American Roofing Systems, the grandfather of the single-ply commercial roofing business, established in 1979, is looking for seasoned sales people to help expand our market share. We are the company that wrote the commercial single-ply roofing specifications before the majority of today’s manufacturer’s were in business. We are proud of our success and continued growth, obtained by repeatedly performing quality work for multi-facility building owners nationwide. As a manufacturer of conservatively designed roofing systems and by installing these systems directly for the building owner, we have provided worry-free solutions to owners. Warranty problems caused by responsibility conflicts between manufacturers and their “approved” contractors has been eliminated at North American Roofing Systems. This “one-source” responsibility has given major companies across the North America peace of mind knowing we stand behind the roof systems that we design and install.

In addition to our own manufactured roof systems, we are also approved for other major manufacturer’s product lines in order to provide complete roof system solutions that match a particular roof condition or building owner need.

Who we are looking for:
If you are a seasoned salesperson looking to maximize your income through unlimited territories by prospecting and negotiating directly to building owners, you may have found the company you have been looking for. If you have been in commercial roofing sales and find your income potential limited due to restricted territories and/or limited service capabilities, contact us.

This position is commission based, with unlimited income opportunities. To be successful in this position, you must be self-disciplined in your efforts to consistently prospect for new customers, maintain and develop the accounts you generate, and be able to negotiate and sell the value of our services to building owners. You will also be responsible for providing existing roof conditions and information to our estimating department. You will need to be organized, detailed and be a smart worker to reach the income level this position offers. Extensive experience in the roofing industry will allow you to more quickly realize the income opportunities available. Candidates with substantial commercial roofing sales experience and proven success will receive first consideration.

• Travel is required, as your territory is unlimited.
• You must possess a good driving record, and pass a background check.
