RoofGuard a regular, periodic roof maintenance program that is critical to validating your roof warranty, prolonging the life, and avoiding failure of your roof. The preventative maintenance program offers annual and semi-annual inspections, preventative maintenance repairs and a one-year Workmanship Warranty for all repairs.

RoofGuard 1: $750 up to 25,000 sf or $0.03/sf annually
RoofGuard 2: $600 up to 25,000 sf or $0.025/sf semi-annually

  3. We conduct our RoofGuard and any additional work necessary per requirements.
  4. A complete report is left with you along with your one-year Workmanship Warranty for all repairs.
  5. Your annual or semi-annual visit is automatically scheduled and a reminder is sent to you - no worries on your end ever again!
