No contractor has more experience installing EPDM roofing systems than North American Roofing. We've literally installed hundreds of millions of square feet of EPDM all across the United States since 1979.
We hold premier status with the two major EPDM manufacturers in the industry - Carlisle Syntec and Firestone Building Products. These awards recognize contractors who perform with superior quality and at a certain volume, putting us in the Top 1% of commercial roofing contractors who install and service EPDM roofing systems.

Believe it or not, we were the very first approved roofing contractor for Firestone Building Products. Our founder, Carl Verble, partnered with Firestone Rubber in the late 1970s to help them enter the roofing materials industry. We even trained the first 50 approved Firestone roofing contractors in the early days.
The EPDM (ethylene propylene diene terpolymer) rubber roofing membrane has been an appealing choice of the low-slope commercial roofing industry for more than 40 years, with more than 500,000 warranted roof installations on 20 billion-plus square feet. Annually, EPDM accounts for over 1 billion square feet of new roof coverings in the United States, and is the most frequently used roofing material in the marketplace. According to National Roofing Contractors Association (NRCA), EPDM continues to be a top roofing choice of architects, roof consultants and contractors for both new construction and replacement roofing projects holding approximately 25% of the market share.
EPDM roofing systems offer versatility, product varieties and availability, environmental benefits and cost effectiveness. In short, EPDM’s popularity is sustaining because “EPDM Continues to Perform.” From the arctic reaches of northern Alaska to the humid climates of Central America, from the deserts of the Middle East to the continuous wet seasons of the Pacific Northwestern U.S., EPDM’s performance is living proof that quality roof system design and installation continue to stand the test of time.
