• Our Safety Training Program guarantees all employees are consistently trained on industry regulations (OSHA) as well as our proprietary safety guidelines.
• Proper ladder setup, warning line systems along the roof edges, high visibility safety vests for all foremen/monitors.
• Daily Inspections are conducted by the foreman on the job.
• Jobsite Survey Guides are conducted that include a safety plan for what is required specific to the project.
• Audits take place by Project Managers, Field Technicians, and other Senior Management.
• Safety Team conducts detailed inspections to ensure projects are completed to the highest safety standards.
• We conduct regular meetings, tool-box safety talks, and provide ongoing communication of any changes to the Program.
